The highly active porous alumina, whose surface electrons can interact with aromatic rings to form pi pi interaction, has strong polar retention ability and Lewis acid properties. Compared with unbound silica gel, alumina is more stable in high pH environment and suitable for the extraction of aromatic amines.
After special treatment, alumina has three types: acid (ALA), neutral (AlN) and basic (ALB), which can match different target compounds.
Technology advantage
High activity porous matrix, large adsorption capacity;
It has good retention property for aromatic amine pesticides;
It is more stable than silica bonded phase in high pH solution.
Application
Analysis of amines, phenols and glycosides in biological matrix, such as catechol;
Detection of pesticide, veterinary drug residues and pollutants in vegetables, fruits and meat products, such as Sudan red, malachite green and organophosphorus pesticides;
Detection of synthetic pigments in water;
Analysis of petroleum composition.
Specific surface area: > 150 m2 /g
PH value: acidic alumina pH 4.0, neutral alumina pH 7.0, alkaline alumina pH 9.5
